[2023] Shrine price is not going down!

Actually, Shrine and Quarry prices are intended to keep going up. They have a very strong ability that can trigger as soon as you build it, so if I don't make the prices go up you could build an destroy them to get infinite Quarry spawns or Shrine buffs!
