[2020] [ID: 175] Banks seem to have issues.

The bank progress circle only fills up halfway then the coin finished and the circle restarts. Also, I placed to banks and then placed a lighthouse near them. I then placed another bank, but the new bank was only goin 50% the speed of the other two banks. I tried breaking the lighthouse and replacing it, and the bank still went slower. I then broke down all the banks and the lighthouse, replaced all the banks. Now they were all going the same speed, but when i replaced the lighthouse, it didn’t seem to affect their speed at all. This was without getting the ‘treasury’ achievement.
