@MikeScoDra If reloading the browser page doesn't help, clear your browser cache including cookies. Also, In Task Manager (right-click Task Bar), look at CPU,etc. Minimize other applications. FoE should be the only active tab in your browser. If this does not help, contact Customer Support.

@masona50172963 @MicrosoftStore Unfortunately the support team are not able to communicate through Social Media with you, however you can log into the ticket system at any time in the same way that you submitted your ticket, to check for a response.
