Our History Event runs on BETA from April 3rd to April 24th!

Have you ever wondered what would happen if famous historical figures of different times and origins could meet? Too bad if yes, because we also don't know what would happen! But we got inspired by this thought to create the History Event!

This Event features the recently introduced Cards mechanic, this time — in a completely new style and setting! In your Card battles, you will now be joined by famous historical figures and can put their unique abilities to the test. But don't expect your enemies to go down without a fight!

To help you navigate the challenges, we've added new tooltips, expanded the battle guide, and created more guiding visuals for the battle window.

As always, abundant rewards await those who will prevail. Decorate your City with new picturesque buildings: the Grove Sanctuary, the Lilac Garden, the Ethereal Fountain, and many more!

Dear History-makers,
we are happy to present you some balancing changes to the Event.
  • We did balancing changes to all the new buildings! More details can be found in our Knowledgebase. Please be aware, that changes to population requirements can cause you to have a negative population. In this case, please either remove buildings, that require too much or place new ones providing more.
  • We added the Trailside Smithy to the Silver League Rewards
  • We added all Silver League Rewards to the Gold League
  • We added a new card to the reward pool of normal ability cards: Loot!
    • With this card, you receive the reward from defeating the enemy instantly! (You still have to defeat them afterwards of course).
  • All Daily Special chances have been doubled.

Dear History-makers,
the event might be close to finish, but we are not yet done! We have another batch of balancing changes for you to enjoy. Those will be applied with the next update.
  • We added new boost items!
    • Easy Difficulty: 5 new boosts, that improve your army in Guild Expeditions for 30 minutes each with up to 500%! :guild_expedition:
    • Medium Difficulty: 5 new boosts, improving your army in Guild Battlegrounds for 30 minutes each with up to 500%! :guild_battlegrounds:
    • Hard Difficulty: 5 new boosts, that improve your army in Quantum Incursions by 100% for up to 2h! :quantum_incursions:
    • Even better ones have been added as daily specials. Those will appear in the next days.
  • The rewards for some enemies have been doubled or even tripled!
    • 5th, 7th and 8th enemy for medium, as well as 1st and 3rd enemy for hard will now provide the reward 2 times.
    • 5th, 7th and 8th enemy for hard will now provide the reward 3 times.

Regarding the previous announcement:
Due to an error when collecting those boosts, we decided to remove them for now and look into a fix early next week. This however means, they might not make it back in time before the end of the event. You also still might encounters issues, if you rerolled one of those for the daily special today. This will fix itself tomorrow.
We are sorry about the inconvenience this caused and hope to re-release those boost items soon.

Dear History-makers, not long ago we introduced new boost items to the event. Unfortunately they could not be won, because of a bug, but now we fixed it and we are reintroducing them! We also have more changes to share with you, so keep on reading.
  • Reintroduced boost items:
    • Easy Difficulty: 5 new boosts, that improve your army in Guild Expeditions for 30 minutes each with up to 500%! :guild_expedition:
    • Medium Difficulty: 5 new boosts, improving your army in Guild Battlegrounds for 30 minutes each with up to 500%! :guild_battlegrounds:
    • Hard Difficulty: 5 new boosts, that improve your army in Quantum Incursions by 100% for up to 1h 30 minutes! :quantum_incursions:
    • Even better ones have been added as daily specials for the last 2 remaining days. (Todays Daily Special will be switched out after the update)
  • We are adding 10 Grand Prize steps to every account. On the live server the balancing will be adjusted to provide more Event Currency.
  • We also plan to make some adjustments to the secondary 2-level buildings for the live version as well. We will tell you more details once we are ready with those and also what changes for the ones already acquired on beta.
As this event is almost over, we want to thank all of you for testing the event and providing your feedback. Getting a valuable inside from players helps us shaping the event to make it the best it can be! Therefor we are of course very excited what you think about those adjustments. Dear History Makers,
just as promised, we are now announcing the changes that are applied to the Event on the live server. Some of those changes will also affect the beta server.
  • More History Coins!
    • Rush Quests now provide 120 :history_coin: (was 100)
    • Daily Free Currency Quests now provide 150 :history_coin: (was 120)
    • Total from all quests is now 12 000 :history_coin: (was 8 890)
  • :history_tickets: now regenerate every 10 hours (was every 8)
  • Event Pass, Daily Specials and rewards from encounters have been changed, mostly introducing more new Boost Potions.
  • The Rival Challenge rewards have been adjusted and descriptions have been improved.
  • Various Buildings have been rebalanced:
    • The rewards page in the Knowledge Base does not reflect all of those changes yet, as some were done very recently. It will be adjusted very soon.
    • Woodland Wager Retreat now provides a boost for :quantum_incursion_boost: .
    • Bastion Gatehouse will no longer provide a chance for the other secondary buildings. It has been replaced with another reward.
    • Lilac Garden, Ethereal Fountain and Fromage Village are no longer available as level 1 rewards.
      • Instead, you will now only receive level 2 buildings, which became Limited Buildings (10 days). After they expire, they will transform to level 1.
      • All Level 2 ones now provide a boost for :quantum_incursion_boost: .
  • For Beta, there will be a migration soon. This will replace all old Secondary Buildings and add the QI boost the the Woodland Wager Retreat. We will inform you once all details are refined and when we are going to do this adjustment.

Dear History Makers!
As you might have noticed, we made some changes to the secondary buildings in the Event. On the live servers they are now limited buildings and decay into their level 1 variants. The level 1 variant and upgrade kits are no longer available as rewards.
Currently on beta, everyone still has those buildings with the old stats and upgrades. Therefor we will execute a migration to change all of those buildings to the new variants to completely remove those old buildings from the game. In detail, we will make the following adjustments:
  • All old Lilac Gardens, Ethereal Fountains and Fromage Pavilion buildings and upgrade kits will be removed
  • You receive 1 Lilac Garden - Lv.2 - Active for every old Lilac Garden Lv.1 and Lv.2
  • You receive 1 Ethereal Fountain - Lv.2 - Active for every old Ethereal Fountain - Lv.1 and Lv.2
  • You receive 1 Fromage Pavilion - Lv.2 - Active for every old Fromage Pavilion - Lv.1 and Lv.2
The active buildings are limited for 10 days and will provide even stronger boosts, including Quantum Incursion boosts. Afterwards they expire to level 1 buildings, which have slightly different stats to the current level 1 buildings. The Lilac Fountain and Tranquil Trio Selection Kits have already been adjusted to only provide the limited buildings.
