• 3 Victories: Unlock Level 1 of the Glimmdrake Tower.
• 5 Victories: Elevate it to Level 2!

Excitingly, we've also introduced the formidable Glimmdrake Riders!
Battle for Fragments in the Diamond league to erect the Lv. 1 building and use the same Selection Kit Fragments to upgrade it to Lv. 2.
