Hello Queens and Kings,

In this update, we are implementing technical improvements, bug fixes, and adding content for future events. You can find highlights of these changes below. Please note that FOE-XXXX indicator before the bug description is the number we use for tracking internally.
Changes

• FOE-80511: We replaced the link to the forum in the right-click menu with a link to Discord and added this link to the Settings. If you haven't yet joined our Discord server, we wholeheartedly invite you to do so by clicking here. If you wish, you can still access the forum from the game. Please either open the Settings and scroll down or go to the Global tab and click Open Forum.

Improvements

• FOE-58413: When surrendering a battle in between waves, you would see the image of the Questgiver for your Era. Now this dialogue will show a white flag instead of the Questgiver portrait, just like when you surrender during a battle.
• FOE-80967: We made technical improvements to background animations. They no longer appear with a delay but should play immediately after you take action that triggers the animation.

Bugfixes
Outposts

• FOE-77342: It is no longer possible to have more colony expansions available than actual space to place them.
• FOE-81145: Speaking of expansions, trying to buy more via the Building Menu triggered the Credits icon to be displayed on the wrong side and to overlap with the cost. We moved the icon where it belongs!
• FOE-80826: More on the expansion topic: in the Vikings Settlement the order of the goods cost was incorrect in the Building Menu. We now sorted them by order of unlocking.

Research

• FOE-80983: Were you missing something from the era highlights, but could not wrap your head around what it is? Don't need to ponder anymore! We added the Galata Tower to the highlights!
• FOE-81095: Were you one of the lucky players, that got a hint to research an already completed technology? No need to do double work anymore, because we fixed the issue!

Friends Tavern

• FOE-81209: Upgrading your table has been a bit difficult since the last update. We saw your reports and made it possible again to upgrade it!

Castle System

• FOE-81129: Keen-eyed players might have noticed an inconsistency with the button in the Castle System window – the color of the text was wrong. We now use the usual red there, instead of green.

Account

• FOE-81054: Some guest accounts never received the prompt to change their email. It should now show up for every guest account.

Of course, our devs were hard at work and worked on improvements that were not immediately visible to players. For instance, we continued polishing the mobile version of Quantum Incursions, as well as the newest Polynesia Cultural Settlement.
