[2019] Gamebreaking bug that needs fixed and I'm wondering if anyone else could help me.

For the past 3 months (basically all of Summer) my Fortnite creative had been almost completely broken. I've contacted support 6 times, sent in several bug reports, and tried all the troubleshooting I can including resetting my Xbox, Reinstalling Fortnite, and playing on other systems to see if it was a hardware glitch. Everytime I talk to an employee they just send me to Trello where there are glitches similar to mine but they have all been patched and none of them were mine.

I have recently gotten my Support-a-Creator code and want to upload maps for everyone in the community but this bug is ruining it.

Bug: Whenever I load into the Fortnite Creative hub Ai can walk up the stairs to any of the player-made worlds and choose any of them with the code system, but when it comes to my personal islands, they are completely broken. When I walk up to my personal rift I can not hold X on Xbox, or hold down on my phone, or press any key on a keyboard to change what island it is. It is stuck one one island and that island also happens to be completely invisible and I cant reset my island or access my island tools. The only thing I can access is my phone and inventory but there is no island to Chuck Galleries or prefabs onto so I can't throw anything down.

When I go to where the island normally is, I can sort of glitchy-walk on it like when you try to jump in between a crevice somewhere in Battle Royale. I can also see my vehicles and get in them but I just fall to the ground and die.

3 months of no Creative and lots of waiting for Epic to respond to me through emails, as well as hours of troubleshooting and even going on here to get help a little while back. I know it's a very detailed glitch, but can anyone help me out in any way?
