[2021] The website is bugged, today I wanted to submit a map to get publishing rights, but I go to the website to submit I am not logged in then go to log in I see that I am already logged in, but when I go back to the submission form I see that I am not logged in

No need to be logged into your EPIC Games account to submit an Island. Continue to fill in the form with all the requested details and be sure to join the Fortnite Creative Discord. This allows the team to contact you. Good luck!
