I feel like they have gone from broken to fixed to broken again in the past couple of patches.
It seems that randomly moving storms do not respect the constraints of minimum and maximum movement.
Also it is unclear whether the random movement is chosen a min/max from the center of the last storm phase or if the device is choosing a random location a min/max distance from the phase’s beacon.
Anyone else seeing some oddities with their random storms?
