With the release of Fortnite’s v25.10 update, we’ll be reallocating the Daily Login Rewards to other sources — most notably Daily Quests and Mission Alerts.

Are you getting stuck on this loading screen at the point where the cinematic plays? If yes, can you try pressing the Esc key, and see if that takes you to the main lobby?

Could you please power cycle both your internet router, and your device? Power off, unplug the power cable, wait 5-10 minutes then plug back in.
