[2019] Unresponsive buttons on controller when playing in creative mode

I’ve been experiencing unresponsive buttons when I play in creative. Usually have it in zone wars, but it happens in other maps too. Whenever I end up clicking a lot of buttons quickly sometimes my build or reload button take more than one press to register. I’ve asked other people and they’ve said they had the issue as well.
