[2019] Disable pickaxe damage in playground lobby

This is actually annoying because people kill you in lobby while the other people that entered the portal already started the game. Now you are gliding down while they are playing and need to sit out on round based game modes.

This needs to go. Everytime I join, I get killed in lobby.
