I said, when you charge back, even though you can't refund anymore. There is nothing wrong with asking for a refund. I also didn't threaten you in any way I only explained that "charging back" is a bad idea.

The help and support section was always private as we handle everything privately there. There is also no need to make several threads about your refund request. There is nothing we can do here anyway for ya as you need to talk to Xsolla about it.  

There is no need to be that passive aggressive.
