[2021] v16.50 Update - Now Live

Hey, everyone!

Downtime for the v16.50 update has ended. Here’s what you should know:

• The Dual Pistols have returned from the vault!
• With the release of this update, all Item Shop Bundles sold for V-Bucks are eligible to be gifted. More info can be found in our new blog post.
• Also with this update, the DirectX 12 beta on PC has been disabled on certain devices. This is to prevent crashes that can occur on these devices when this rendering mode is switched on.
  • The DirectX 12 beta option is still present on these devices but will not take effect when selected. PC players on ALL devices can track the status of DX12 stability efforts on our Trello board.
• The Bouncing off the Walls Wild Week ends this Thursday, May 27. After a short intermission, Chapter 2 Season 6’s final Wild Week begins June 3.

v16.50 is now available!

As we sure we don’t need to remind you, the FNCS Finals are this weekend, May 29-30 (May 28-29 in the Middle East). We’ll be broadcasting the show live.

v16.50 is now live, and it’s a BIG update for Creative. This update brings the official launch of XL Island templates, giving you approx. 16x the space to build that the original Islands did. v16.50 also brings Large Team Support, an increased Channel limit, and Conditional Button updates.
