[2019] Why is my health dropping as if I'm taking storm damage when i'm out of the zone in rumble?

Pretty weird for sure. Thanks for the video, i will see where this issue stands with the team. Quick edit- What happened the prior 30 seconds before respawning? Where you in the storm, get eliminated from the storm? Any info about what happened prior to you losing health would be great to know!
