[2019] My quick bar doesn’t show up until I start building and it’s forcing me to use the rotation buttons. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix this? This is on the IPhone 8

Go to settings, go to the second block that has the gear, click hud, not game and reset the settings
