[2023] Has anyone else STILL not received the Tie Dye Drift emoticon???

I watched the event at 2pm on my phone last Saturday at the Legends Landing creative map for an entire half hour. I had to do it at work even. I've been waiting all week to receive the emoticon, because I really like the Fox Clan cosmetics, but now they've already started doing the Thunder spray and it's getting concerning. Support says they didn't have any reports about it and so can't help out but there's still people saying they haven't received it on Twitter and there's been multiple bug reports about it on the Official Fortnite Discord for the past 3 days. Why is Fortnite just ignoring this problem??
