We investigated a patching issue for Android players attempting to download the game from the Samsung Galaxy Store. We have resolved this issue and players should now be able to redownload Fortnite from the Samsung Store without issue.
If you are still having an issue on Android installing from the Samsung Store, please let us know.

Have you completed uninstalled the game/launcher? Are you trying to download from Samsung store or from fortnite.com/android?

I'm still having trouble with this and when I trying downloading it from the site instead of using the galaxy store I get a message saying "app not installed"
You should be able to use the galaxy store now. Have you also uninstalled the launcher? In some cases uninstalling the launcher and game fixes that issue.
Yep, I uninstalled fortnite 3 times already, the first time it was just the fortnite app, the second and third was both the launcher and the app itself.

As i have said in the previous comments, you need to uninstall and reinstall the game/launcher.
