[2020] Can anyone from Epic help? Please!

This week, my friends and I all decided that we wanted to buy the battle pass. Even though its a bit late in the season, we do play a lot and Fortnite is one of the only games that I enjoy playing. A couple friends had already purchased the Battle Pass and recommended it so we bought it. I played a couple days WITH my battlespace, but now it says I never purchased it... Does a purchase of the battlespace end after a week, was I hacked, or is this a glitch in the system? I'm not even worried about the battlepass, I'm more worried that I may have been hacked and that someone will start buying stuff from my account. Can someone from Epic please tell me what they think happened before I go crazy with anxiety.
