[2020] Lock Input Method As Mouse Not Working

Trello link for the bug below. The update asked for videos of the issue. The lock input method as mouse setting does not work. I am on PC.

With it set to on, it still switches between mouse and controller input. Causes building/turbo build to not work and causes frame drops. Happens in all modes (creative and BR).

I am using a Azeron keypad and razer mouse.

Thank you for your comment on this issue, but could you please tell us why the team needed a video in the first place? It's not a bug that requires a special configuration to reproduce. It happens all the time and for everyone. The option just doesn't work. You just plug a controller and mouse, and the issue is there to observe. The input display is not locked (as the option was supposed to do) and switches between the two inputs.

Even if we're well familiar with an issue, videos are always useful to us. Among other things, videos can help us see if an issue affects different players in different ways.

Fortnite was a textbook example on how to handle simultaneous input correctly (mouse for aiming, joystick for movement), and it's sad to see how it deteriorated in the past months...

Thank you for your reply. We still have the issue on our radar and planned to return it to the Trello board when closer to a fix date. However, to alleviate your concerns, we'll return it today!
