[2019] It literally doesn’t tell you what’s in the newest update

The whats New section can be a bit difficult to fill out when trying to avoid spoilers :) So we kept this patches message very generic.

We have only ever included a line about bug and fixes in the whats new twice i think? It is not a normal line that would be put into that section.
