[2021] Party quest bug

I have 2 party quests that can't be completed. Also they don't show up in the list when I try to replace them. This happened before the update but they are still there after the update.

One is from Charlotte to pick up an assault rifle and grenade. The other is from Toona fish to visit 3 named locations.

Before the update when I tried to replace them the game froze up twice and I couldn't exit the replace screen or move left and right or left click.

After the update it doesn't freeze up but they don't appear in the replace quests list.
