[2019] Epic games doesn’t know iOS supports PS4/xbox controllers

Bought a brand new PS4 controller to use on IPad Pro. Fortnite only shows controller as xbox style button layout with zero support for L3 R3 trigger clicking due to MFI controllers not having that feature. Emailed support and here is the response.

I know how you really wanted to use your newly bought Dual Shock 4 to play on your IPAD. However, Dual Shock 4 is not guaranteed to work on IOS. However, here is the list of support controllers that will work on you Device.

Mobile Controller support IOS: MFi controllers, such as Steelseries Nimbus and Gamevice.

You may connect or use your Dual Shock 4 controller on your IPAD, however, you cannot make it to work 100%.
