[2020] I need some help fixing this bug

Hey /u/chervz thanks for the vid! Sounds like you might be running into this issue where selecting the controller settings causes a crash.

If you reach out to our Player Support team they should be able to return your controller layout to its default settings and prevent this. Keep in mind that, for the time being, returning your controller layout to what it was may cause the crash to happen again until this bug is fixed in a future release.
