[2019] *URGENT HELP* - Epic Account Email

My wife logged out of her Epic Account to try and change her UserName and now we can't get logged back in. When we use her GMAIL address.. it pulls up her other Epic account (MOMMA_2_BOYZ) which is NOT the one she has been playing under.. (it was one she created to try and play on my son's switch)

How do we find out what email is linked to her account for (MOMMA2BOYZ) ?
