When reporting issues please include:

  • Description of the issue
  • Account Name (optional)
  • Device
  • Link to video or images
  • Include details on when this issue started happening
  • Any additional details, such as how to reproduce it.

Also, remember to report any issues in-game using the Feedback button.

How to use the in-game Feedback report system:

  • While in-game, open the Options menu
  • Navigate to the Feedback Button
  • Create a Bug report to provide us with logs of the issue

A few known issues in v9.01

  • Performance concerns:
    • We've received released a new client for Android players to help with performance issues. We are still actively looking into additional platforms that are also affected with performance issues
  • Graphic settings have been lowered on certain devices
    • The goal was for this to be changed at the launch of season 9. Due to a few issues on our side this change will be delayed.
    • We're are working with Apple on affected devices to address memory concerns with Fortnite on the new OS for iOS devices. We'll update when we have more information.
  • Bluetooth Audio
    • Players have reported audio issues when using Bluetooth headsets, specifically Air Pods. Our goal is to have these audio issues resolved in v9.10

I have brought this up to the team but we have not been able to reproduce this issue ourselves, thus causing a delay in fixing the issue. The videos are great examples but are near 30 days old. If you could send a video of this happening on the most recent patch I can send an updated video to the team.

*Include details on when this issue started happening: Season 9. The 8.30 patch was magnificent for performance. Season 9 has taken away my enjoyment. I've been to Tilted maybe five times (of a hundred matches) because it's so laggy.

*Any additional details, such as how to reproduce it: Played tonight and left frustrated at the state of the game. Squads are the worst.

Performance issues are being worked on for all platforms. We did put a fix in that should help with the level of detail in POI's so that they render correctly.

  • The “Show Details” is binded to A, and you can’t open it because A is also binded to jump. Additionally, when you open the game menu you can not select anything because when you hit A for leave match, HUD Layout Tool, Respawn, ect. the “Show Details” opens in the background.

Solution: Change “Show Details” to be binded to the B button.

We're looking to have this fixed in the next update.
