[2019] New Shop & the Detonator Back Bling is still not showing up on iOS. Why?

I did. The Back Bling name is active. I have this on my account and it has never shown up in the lobby, in the game or in anywhere else. This screenshot is from my son’s account. I have reported this to Epic several times. No response at all from Epic.
