[2019] The problem with epic games support

Hello All,

I am seeking for advice on here as I am stuck in a hole. I product content and rely on the income to help pay the bills.

Recently, I was sim swapped and lost access to tons of assets, one being the email I created my epic games account on. I warned epic about this via email, and told them not to make any account changes. The next week I lost access to my account and am completely blocked out. Up to this point I have gone through 20 different support agents who have just ignored my messages, or don't want to help me. I am seeking advice from people who have gone through a similar scenario and are able to help as I am completely lost.

Please help me reddit.
