[2020] Stuck on loading screen megathread

Hey Everyone,

We're are continuing to investigate the issue of players getting stuck on the loading screen. For reference the Trello card can be found here: https://trello.com/c/QrOglIhy/1345-stuck-on-loading-screen

If you are having this issue please answer the following questions:

1. Are you updated to the latest version of Fortnite? v13.20. You can make sure you are updated by visiting the App store on your device.
   1. EX: Yes I updated to v13.20
2. When did you first experience this issue? Did this happen in v13.20, 13.00, ect..
   1. EX: This issue started with v13.20 for me.
3. What device are you on?
   1. EX: iPhone XR
4. Do you have another device or platform that you are able to login on? What is that device or platform?
   1. Ex: Yes I can login to my PC ( PS, xbox,) account with no issues. OR No, I do not have another device to try and login.
5. Have you tried these workarounds?

Workarounds

1. Reinstalling the game. If this does not work attempt workaround #2
2. Launch with the wifi and cell turned off, once you reach the no connection screen, then turn them back on and that might get you past the start up screen.
