[2021] Weird lagging

Hello, anybody saw this problem ? I dont what it is. Its doing when I have ping 10/20/50, it doesnt depends on it. 0% packet loss, so dont know whats problem. I can press autorun button, and dont touch mouse and keyboard, but it is same. Please can anyone help me? Thank you.
