[2021] Is anyone else having this issue? [playstation]

In the main menu I’m stuck on ‘logging in’ for 5 minutes and when I get in I ready up but I’m stuck on ‘waiting for matchmaking to commence’ for 10 minutes. After that it puts me into my loading screen and just dumps me into lobby like I just finished a game.
