[2020] With the 14.20 update, the Axo skin's shirt regained its physics on Switch, (it was previously static) but now his tail is bugged and stuck in this position, not swaying like it normally does.

Seems like you have a tail of a problem here. I know some cosmetics are being looked at with the introduction of physics back onto the platform. This is just going to take a bit of time to identify the issues and work on resolving the issues where we can.
