[2021] Some capes have lost all physics, while others clip through everything, but still have some semblance of animation to them. For example: the Autumn Queen’s cape is stiff as a board, but the leaves still move.

I made some comments on some post but issues in the front end with cosmetics are being looked at by the folks who made the changes to check on any issues.

Once I get some confirmation on what QA and the team found its likely ill get a trello card/tweet out about any issues found.
