[2020] Fortnite iPad - didn’t we used to be able to open the game to the side like this and have another main app open on the wider space? When did that stop?

When this was first introduced I think I commented that multitasking mode was only temporary on devices while playing Fortnite. But yes, as some in the comments have mentioned this was removed a few updates ago.
