[2021] It says this, yet I’m not in an Xbox party. I’ve tried everything and it will not go away. I want to talk to my freinds but I can’t cause of this. It’s been going on for over a week now.

As a workaround, try opening Xbox Party and leaving the party... or selecting the "Switch to Game Chat" option from the Xbox Party. That should put you back into Fortnite Party Chat.
