[2019] Vending machines give wrong item since the update

We are currently looking into the vending machine issue now and I have added it to the Trello board https://trello.com/c/6sfg4but/839-vending-machine-item-may-change-while-the-player-is-claiming-it It also seems to be affecting some other platforms so you will find the card under the BR section vs just mobile.
