[2022] Four times now I’ve randomly gotten my eardrums blasted by this noise (Loud sound warning)

1. When did the issue start? (Ex. Most recent patch v20.20, start of this season...)
2. How is your headset set up? Bluetooth or plugged in? What is the brand and model?
3. Have you ever had this happen in other games or only Fortnite?
