[2019] Playstation Plus Celebration Pack

So I redeemed the PS Plus Celebration Pack and got the items in my PS4. But when I log in from my PC all I can see is the loading screen in my locker. The glider and the contrail are nowhere to be found. When I equip them in my PS4 and quit and login from my PC , it shows like the glider and contrail are set to default. Why?

Update: We've resolved this issue and players who own this pack will now see it available in their Locker on all platforms.
