[2019] Please Epic, add back player/build outlines. If SBMM will remain cross-platform, not having these features puts us at a disadvantage

Player/build outlines were added to FN (including mobile) awhile ago, but we're removed with the 9.0 update to allegedly "fix performance issues" that these two features were causing. Not only are these features extremely insignificant when it comes to performance, but Epic could've easily made this a toggleable feature in the settings. This would give anyone using very old devices like iPhone SE or 7 the ability to keep the performance they have now, but players using newer flagship devices like the XS, 11, Galaxy S9, S10, etc... to be able to turn this feature on, and play the game how everyone else gets to. I don't remember a single instance where performance was hindered when playing duos and having a constant player outline VS playing solo and not having that.

Please Epic, consider adding this back. We need it as a feature if we want to compete against console and PC players.
