[2020] Update 12.40: 3D resolution can’t be changed.

I can’t change the 3D resolution. I changed the value in the setting to 30%, but in game its 100%. I restarted my game multiple times, no success. I want to set it to lower 3D resolution to get stable FPS. Please fix... I use iPad Pro 2018
