Match quests aren't resetting

Ever since i bought the bassassin pack on the 9th of feb my match quests have not reset meaning i cant unlock the vbucks that come with it was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem or if anyone knows a solution since all im getting from Epic is generic email replies

This should have been fixed with yesterday's update, please let me know if that's not the case and you're still unable to progress.
