I am in the Lodge but I can't open any presents. I can shake them, and when I hold E, the present pops but nothing happens. Am I the only one with the same problem? I waited 30 minutes and nobody complained so far.

Are you using a special keyboard or controller?
Could you try to open a gift then leave the Lodge and select the Feedback option from the top-right menu. Add "Winterfest issue" in Subject and Body of the bug.
Please let me know when you've submitted and we can check your logs and investigate this issue.

I've submitted feedback as you asked. I am using steam controller with keyboard bindings in desktop config.
