Hey i am a mobile player and almost 30 mins before i was logged into my account and then suddenly my have crashed and when i tried to log in back it shows my account is inactive. I haven't used any hacks or violated any terms and conditions. I hope epic will help me with that asap.

If you have an account issue put in a player support ticket. We cant do anything here on reddit and the community team doesnt have access to account info.
