Hey everyone!
I've been facing some issues on Fortnite recently. On the lobby, my FPS is at around 30, and in game they can't go above 15.
My specs are:
GPU: RTX 3060
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
I used to be able to run it with ray tracing and everything on Epic, and it worked perfectly fine until now. Is it possible that I might have damaged my GPU? I've done everything from verifying the files to lowering the specs, and nothing works.
External link →Hey u/Gan- I've been chatting with the team on perf issues and we're looking into them. In the mean time, would you be able to help out and enabled "Report Performance Stats" in the settings menu of your game. What this does is allows you to upload detailed performance stats for the next several matches or until you exit the game.
Once you do, send me a DM with your Epic Username/ID and i can give that to the team to help track your performance over a timeframe.
