I have an Elgato HD60s+ and until today's 15.10 update, my OBS was able to detect my PS5 and record/stream Fortnite. Now the capture card no longer supports it and now all we receive is a black screen with no video or audio passed through.

I have an LG 27" UHD 1ms 144hz monitor (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-27-ultragear-uhd-nano-ips-1ms-144hz-g-sync-compatible-gaming-monitor-with-hdr-displayport-hdmi-usb-black/6423550.p?skuId=6423550) and it is detecting 120Hz pass through after getting into game. Once you leave game and go back to the PS5 Dashboard it reverts back to 60Hz but the audio and video do not recover.

I attempted to reduce my resolution from 4K->1080p from PS5 system settings, and the game loads, but right before you choose the game-type selector (Save the World, Battle Royale, Creative), OBS stops receiving audio and video signal.

All other games work, such as Call Of Duty WarZone, Cold War, and even Bugsnax.

The issue is directly related to Fortnite's update.

@ u/freighttrainusa Please take a look at this as soon as possible. This prevents me from creating content :(

I will report the issue, but I just want to make sure you have an understanding that this could also be an issue on Elgato HD60 as not being able to support the 120fps feature. The website states 4K60 HDR 10 PASSTHROUGH, are you getting a screen with 60fps on this update or is that broken as well?

One thing I've noticed is that Fortnite enforces my monitor to run at 120Hz, despite the 120fps not being enabled. Prior to this update, Fortnite ran at 60hz.

Please see these photos I took from my phone that show the lobby and settings rendering at 60FPS, but the monitor showing 120hz. https://imgur.com/a/laRrUVP

We updated our blog with the intro of 120fps https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/en-US/news/day-1-ready-fortnite-arrives-next-week-on-xbox-series-x-s-and-ps5

The biggest take away from this blog is
In order to achieve a consistent 120 FPS, max resolution on Xbox Series X and PS5 is lowered from 4K to 1440p in this mode.

It would seem the other games that are working are not changing the resolution and this is why they continue to be usable with the HD60. While I cant confirm this is the case or not, I sent the issue over to the team to look into.

In regards to not working on the 60fps, we will look into any bugs that are preventing players from reverting back from 120fps 1440p to org resolution.

Yes please! We'd just like the option to return back to how things were with 4K@60FPS.

There is a bug with with this currently and it is being looked into https://trello.com/c/a42W1cFx/1568-ps5-resolution-outputting-at-1080p-instead-of-4k-on-certain-displays
