[2019] Connectivity Issues with 9.21 - Help?

Ever since yesterday's update, I've started getting spikes every 30 seconds or so where I hit 120-250 ping and up to 14% upload packet loss. Usually, I get a max of 30 ping and 1-3% upload packet loss. Is anyone else experiencing this, or if you have, what did you do to solve the issue?

For clarification, I do play on WiFi, but I have never had this issue for long periods of time before - usually the only time this ever happened was when someone was downloading something (which would last a max of 5 minutes). Please help if you can!

I have already tried resetting my router, troubleshooting connectivity issues, disconnecting and reconnecting, and shutting off/turning back on my PC.
