I want to take this time to appreciate all of the things that Fortnite has to offer. There are alot of ups and downs. Mishaps in the game such as Kevin Melting into Loot Lake, To Ice King’s Ice Legion Invasion, And my personal favorite? The Volcano Eruption. It was a sudden goodbye to Tilted Towers and Retail Row. (Until Season X with Retail Row’s Awesome, Tasty Return.) And there are some times that things came out, But isnt able to get used to it until 3 Days later. (New Weapons, Items, Etc)
I started my Fortnite Adventure in Season 3. (ONE TIME IN MOBILE) And oh god. Forgive me as i dont know how i played the game... I remember getting killed by a Jonsey in Loot Lake. Smack dab in the middle of the House. I was still. Thought it was a good game of hide and seek. Because let’s be real... I thought the game was supposed to be hiding and stealthy. And i guess i failed so badly huh?
Until Nintendo Switch Version came by in Mid-Season 4. I got in. And enjoyed the game. I remember seeing the Rocket Event. I got scared and thought i was gonna die in 50v50. I heard a crash. And whoops. I dont know... To that day. I still am chuckling to myself how bad i was when i thought an event is going to kill me.
I remember playing in Season 5 as well. Still a nasty default. I was getting better with the controls. And i remember someone knocking me down from Kevin. That giant low gravity field plus Kevin’s Electrical Zap= Pain... I got DBNO. And to that day. I still wonder why would my teammates in 50v50 did that to me? Who knows?
Season 6 was a no-brainer. And the first season to have my very first Battle Pass. (Sadly i didnt complete it...) This was also the Season that PS4 came to play with Switch. (I might be wrong. But still.) I remember playing some modes with my friend. And he just flipped out. I still laugh to that this time around.
Season 7 was yet by far. The best Season i could potentially see for now. (First Core Win! And Maxed out Battle Pass!) I won 3 games with my friends. Had enjoyed in Fortnite Creative. (Yet i still had some misunderstandings on it.)
Season 8 was a serious comeback. I was away for weeks. And i completed my Battle Pass, Every Challenge, Ocassional Wins, Etc. I loved that Season as Hybrid came to play. And well. That’s my only skin that i would personally enjoy. As it’s a good substitute for Dire. (Still a bit sad that i didnt finish that S6 Pass. But i still keep my chins up!)
Season 9 was by far. The most intense Season. Won so many games. Almost made it to Level 100. (I failed. Level 88 or so.) Maxed out my Battle Pass once again. Completed every challenge. And managed to take on some kills in Team Rumble. (During the 150 Goal Era) Season 9 was a knockout of the park. Sentinel was my personal favorite. I remembered staying on High Ground while the teammates in Squads died to the Storm. (And i was the last one standing too!)
And now. This Season. Season X.
Season X was... Interesting. It’s beyond crazy at this time. So far. I maxed my Battle Pass from Today’s Challenge Set. I completed all Challenges so far (Both Easy and Prestige) Learned Rift Zone Areas. And still taking my risk with Mobility. I just wish Season X would take it slow before the Season Ends. Because as far as im concerned. It just feels like time is flying too fast...
Fortnite demostrated key gameplay where Teamwork (Duos and Squads) are in focus. This also gave me some time to show me that with the Fustrations and the Victories i went through. It was rewarding to see how much fun the game was. I made sure to always follow the rules. I always made sure to have precise aim when using a Sniper, And well. I made sure that everyone had a great time.
Im still a Nintendo Switch Player. And even though im still having some issues with gameplay. (Frame Rate Droppings, Constant Hitching and Stuttering, Some Skins Ruined without it’s Physics, Etc) I know that Fortnite will always have a place in my heart forever. Locked and Sealed perfectly.
