[2021] Refer a Friend TASK 5 (bug?)

Hello guys, i am playing this new refer a friend event EPIC put out. It has been over 2 hours that i am in TASK 5 and still have 0 level progress on both our accounts. I have some questions.

  1. The TASK 5 claims that the levels, counts from the moment you started the program, I assume that means from TASK 1?
  2. We played both on DUO and SOLO but still after 1-2 hours the page has no update on the levels.
