[2021] cloaking spray still broken .. (Panther class)

I feel most being a 'ghost' when playing as Panther class, but what is the point when its cloaking spray is glitchy broken?

It works really arbitrarily. Sometimes it works good after cooldown is over but sometimes does not work at all.

I searched about it and found other posts about that bug even a year ago, but it is still not fixed. Why Ubisoft does not fix this serious critical bug which makes one of their seven classes just meaningless and useless?

I already reported it several times to the official forum, but no help.

Is this bug only happening to me? Are you guys okay to use it?
