[2019] Reminder about spamming CM’s

We ran into this issue in the past and it kinda sucks that we have to bring it up yet again. Under no circumstances is spamming Ubi CM’s alright. If anything it gets annoying and doesn’t expedite getting you an answer.

I know myself and other mods here as well as plenty of you guys are trying to figure out what the f*ck is up with these fairy tale marketing videos for breakpoint that don’t really make sense at all.

But the CM’s are listening, they really are. They are passing along info regarding the negative feedback coming towards Ubi regarding Breakpoint because the backlash is growing across all platforms fast.

The problem at least from what I have observed (and i could be wrong) is there’s a lot of stuff that is going on behind the scenes with the devs that isn’t being said by anyone but from the looks of it, the CM’s are being kept out of the loop and unfortunately for them, they’re supposed to be the ones communicating that info from the devs straight to the community and no one beyond them is going up to bat for them as to why there are so many questions being left unanswered.

So before you decide to spam any of the CM’s, please consider for one they are people just like all of us trying to do their job and spamming them isn’t going to get us anywhere. And two, consider that they are waiting for answers just as much as we all are and are eager to share news as soon as it’s available to them.

Side note: it is such a privilege that we are able to have the relationship we do with the CM’s here on reddit. It’s also a shame that they are basically being fed to the wolves (no pun intended) while the community is wanting more answers on wtf is happening with Breakpoint
